Meet the Big Brother Naija 2023 Housemates (BBNaija All Stars Housemates)

The big brother franchise has come back with a bang. This year is a special edition having housemates from the past seasons coming together in one Big Brother house.

The Big Brother Naija 2023 housemates will spend a total of 10 weeks (70 days) in the Big Brother house.

The following are the Big Brother Naija 2023 Housemates.

Ceec (Nwadiora Cynthia)

The Double Wahala BBNaija 2018 second runner-up was the first Big Brother Naija 2023 housemate to be unveiled for the big brother naija all-stars show.

 Her full name is Nwadiora Cynthia, a native of Enugu state and a professional lawyer. She is a 30-year-old businesswoman.

Kiddwaya (Terseer Waya)

Terseer Waya was a former lockdown BBNaija 2021 housemate. Kiddwaya was the second big brother naija season 8 housemate to be unveiled. Born and brought up in Lagos but hails from Benue state. He is a 30-year-old, businessman, he is in the house for fun and vibes.

Doyin (Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David)

She was the third Big Brother Naija 2023 housemate to enter the big brother house. The 28th-year-old radiographer was in the just concluded level-up 2022 BBNaija season 7. She hails from Ondo state. Popularly called the therapist in her set. She has come with good vibes for the show.

Frodd (Chukwuemeka Okoye)

Chukwuemeka Okoye ‘the slow tiger’ was the 4th Big Brother Naija 2023 housemate on the show. The 32year old hails from Anambra. He is a businessman. He is married and is expectant. He was part of the pepper dem gang 2019 BBNaija edition.

Uriel (Uriel Oputa)

Uriel Oputa was the 5th Big Brother Naija All Stars Housemate to be unveiled.   The former See Gobe 2017 BBNaija housemate is a businesswoman and chef. She was born in the UK where she spent a greater part of her childhood and hails from Imo state. She is 35 years old.

Pere (Pere Egbi)

The 6th Big Brother Naija All Stars Housemate to be introduced is a nurse and an ex-US military officer. He is 37 years old and hails from Delta State. He was part of the level-up 2021 BBNaija edition.

Princess (Princess Onyejekwe Linda)

The 7th Big Brother Naija All Stars Housemate to enter the big brother house was Princess Onyejekwe Linda. She is an entrepreneur and PR manager. Princess was a former BBNaija 2018 housemate. She is 30 years old and hails from Enugu state.

Soma (Somadina Anyama)

The 8th big brother naija season 8 housemate to enter the Big Brother house. A former See Gobe 2017 BBNaija housemate. Somadina Anyama is an actor, model, singer and songwriter. He hails from the Rivers state.

Angel (Angel Agnes Smith)

The 9th big brother naija season 8 housemate to enter the big brother house. A former Shine Ya Eye 2021 BBNaija housemate. Angel Agnes Smith, is 23 years old and hails from Akwa Ibom state. She is a poet’

Alex (Alexandra Amuchechukwu Asogwa)

Alex was the 10th BBNaija 2023 housemate to enter the Big Brother House. The Double Wahala 2018 BBNaija 3rd runner-up is a model, dancer, actress, and social media influencer. She is 27 years old and hails from Enugu state.

Seyi (Awolowo oluwaSeyi)

The pepper dem gang 2019 big brother naija housemate is a 34-year-old male. His full name is Awolowo oluwaSeyi. He is a businessman and psychologist from Ogun State.

Ilebaye (Ilebaye precious Odiniya)

Ilebaye precious Odiniya is a former level-up 2022 BBNaija housemate. She is 22 years old and hails from Kogi state—a graduate of criminology and security studies.

Mercy (Mercy Chineyenwa Eke)

Mercy Chineyenwa Eke, the winner of the pepper dem gang edition of Big Brother Naija, is a 30-year-old business tycoon. She hails from Imo state.

WhiteMoney (Oyeye Onou)

Hazel Oyeye Onou is the Winner of Shine Ya Eye 2021 edition of Big Brother Naija. He is a 31-year-old businessman and he hails from Enugu.

Big Brother Naija 2023 All-Stars: Things to expect

  • The ‘All Stars’ edition which did not have the traditional audition will feature carefully selected housemates and fan favourites from previous editions of the bbnaija show.
  • BBNaija season 8 ‘All Stars’ edition will premiere at 7 pm on the following DStv channels;  Africa Magic Showcase (Channel 151), Africa Magic Urban (Channel 153) and Africa Magic Family (channel 154).
  • The Big Brother Naija All Stars show will continue to air for ten weeks on the 24-hour Big Brother Naija dedicated channels, DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29.
  • Big Brother Naija 2023 will have a live studio audience and ninjas.
  • Fans should expect a lineup of more engaging tasks and unpredictable twists.
  • The head of house (HOH) in the Big Brother Naija ‘All Stars’ edition season 8 will have a twist.
  • This season will also include the famous pool and grill party and the Saturday Night Raves.
  • The show’s organiser will introduce a new game, the Black Envelope game; that will add an even keener competitive edge to the gameplay.
  • The voting pattern will be the same as BBNaija season 7. Voting will only be on the BBNaija website, BBNaija mobile site, MyDStv and MyGOtv for active customers.
  • The number of votes available to each DStv and GOtv subscriber will depend on the subscription packages, with higher packages namely DStv Premium and GOtv SUPA subscribers receiving the highest votes.

The presenter for the All Stars special edition of Big Brother Naija 2023 edition is Ebula Obi-Uchendu. He was part of the Big Brother Naija Housemates in 2006 and successfully hosted the previous last season of Big Brother Naija.

How to Watch Big Brother Naija 2023 ‘All Stars’ Edition

Big Brother reality TV lovers can watch ‘Big Brother Naija 2023 edition’ on TV via DSTV Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 29.

BBNaija season 8 will be available for viewing by active subscribers on the following DStv packages: DStv Premium, Compact Plus, Compact, Confam (Family) and Yanga (Access) packages.

GOtv Subscribers can view BBNaija 2023 edition on GOtv Supa, Max and Jolli (Plus). The super-reality TV show will also be available for online streaming across Africa and the United Kingdom via show max or DStv Now app.

The Big Brother Naija voting traditionally starts on Monday at 8 pm (9 pm CAT) and ends every Thursday by 9 pm (10 pm CAT). To keep your favourite Big Brother Naija Season 8 housemate in the Big Brother house you have to vote for the housemate.

The Big Brother Naija live eviction show broadcasts every Sunday at 7 pm (8 pm CAT) on the following DStv and GOtv channels:

  • DStv Channel 151 (Africa Magic Showcase) will be repeated on Tuesdays at noon (1 pm CAT).

Big Brother Naija 2023 (Season 8) DSTV Channels: How to opt-out

Parents and guardians can prevent minors from viewing the BBNaija season 8 ‘All Stars’ edition by opting out or activating parental control on DStv and GOtv.

DStv subscribers can opt-out of viewing the Big Brother Naija 2023 All Stars reality tv show by sending their smart card number (space) BBOUT to 30333 and while GOtv subscribers can opt-out by sending their IUC Number (space) BBOUT to 4688 respectively.

Alternatively, parenteral control can be activated on DStv and GOtv decoders for viewers younger than 18.
