HOW TO USE TWO DIFFERENT WHATSAPP ACCOUNTS ON ONE PHONE

Can you use two different WhatsApp accounts on one device?

Whatsapp messenger is compatible with Android devices, iPhones, Mac and Windows PC. It offers simple, secure and reliable messaging/chatting platforms worldwide.

WhatsApp also supports audio messages, and voice and video calls. It is a perfect tool for the worldwide sharing of all kinds of media content.

Most of the Andriod phones presently support using a dual SIM card, which allows phone users to use two different phone numbers on the same device.

Consequently, phone users may want to have two different WhatsApp accounts which may require carrying multiple devices.

However, with a few simple steps, two different WhatsApp accounts can effectively be used on one smartphone.

Some phone manufacturing companies support a dual mobile App feature that allows using two different WhatsApp accounts or other social media accounts such as Facebook on one device.

The name given to the dual app mode/feature depends on the type of device and is stated below.

Phones without Dual App feature

Some smartphones do not support the use of two different WhatsApp accounts on one device or the “dual app” feature.

To use two different WhatsApp accounts on such smartphones will require downloading third-party apps from the Google play store such as the Multiple Accounts App.

Multiple Accounts App seems to have more features than the inbuilt dual App mode and supports the use of two different WhatsApp accounts and other social media apps on your phone.
